Thread: Custom USB tyre pressure monitoring interface

Do you guys think where u mount your receiver/pic board matters on the car? I noticed that my rear wheels read 30PSI when I know there's like 45PSI on them. The front wheels are measuring fine.

It is due to a bad signal reception from the rear tire sensors, as the system stores the latest data received, if it is unable to receive fresh data, it will display the latest values received.
Try to place the receiver in a different location.

So is anybody selling a complete kit for this? If so can someone point me in the right direction.

we are working on a complete kit. i will give you a link to some pictures and other information once it is complete. the kit will not require you to purchase the 3rd eye tpms kit and will not have to do any assembly (no cutting or soldering). should be available for under $200 with the sensors in a couple weeks.

Hey i am pretty good at soldering and everything and have been reading through all the posts. The USB board doesn't look that bad to make. I dont know how to go about making or buying the 3rd eye board. Does anyone have the schematics to build it or have one?

I'm also keen for a complete kit, there should be more people out there doing stuff like this to sell all the needed components.
