Chicago Meet 2006

Did it get dark fast? Had a great time and it did fly by as usual. It was very nice to see everyone show up. Egrant man, excellent of you to show up all the way Georgia. Your welcomed back anytime bud. Also out of state travelers Qgizmo (St. Lois), MP3DUB (Indiana) and RamAir TA\GA (Milwaukee), excellent to see ya's.... Looks like the next one is Sept. 24th so start getting ready...Goodnight all........................................

I'm already marking my calander but you guys know Im a trooper and know that Ill be there might be a little late but will be there glad to meet all the new faces that showed excelent turnout this time. had a great time even without the mariachi band but cant have them all the time.

Forgot to bring the camera out until late again, so missed a few people/cars. But there was a damned good turn out, especially with all the out of town'ers from all over.

Kudos to you on another successful get together! I told you persistance and determination will prevail. Got home about 1230, rained on most of the way (my animated weatheradar came in handy again) , but the day was more than worth it. Was great meeting everyone, see ya next month.

Hey Guys, sorry for the late post. Just wanted to let you know we had a great time at the meet on Sunday. Looking forward to the next one. GizmoQ, I did a search on a Milwaukee meet, but did'nt find anything newer than 2-05. SciontC Boomintrac and yrean, well got my external slim DVD case on monday and it worked at first using included cables, then added 16' USB and worked for 2 restarts and now can not get windows to see the drive at all, not even using original short cables. About ready to throw the drive or computer or something in the garbage.

Just not sure what yet. Anyhow, just wanted to say thanks for the great meet and all the info swapping. GOOD TIME.

lol yeah . minnesota is up there a bit. before you chuck anything out,try the drive on another pc and see if it recognizes. if it wors on a diff pc, try updating the usb drivers on the carputer. Im not sure why your having such bad luck with rom drives

maybe try a differnt rom drive manufacture?

I'll try that. Something better work pretty soon, or, or, or else i'm gonna ????, well you know---LOL. If I didn't have bad luck, Id have no luck at all.
