    Solar tickle charge?

    would it be possible to power my car computer (laptop) from a seperate car battery in the boot with a solar trickle charger attached permanently? Is this possible does anyone know?

    A trickle charge would only be about 2 amps.

    Using the computer will pull more than 2 amps.

    In order for this to work, you would have to be providing a charge for the battery that is more than what you're pulling out of it.
