Thread: Any issues with this power setup?

I have a 5 farad cap that's lying around and want to put to use, so here's the power layout I was thinking about:

Car battery-->cap-->distribution block---->dsatx220, (3) amps (500/1, 300/4, 450/4).

4 ga. throughout. I'm thinking a battery upgrade as well, recommended?
