    Case that fits Opus 120?

I already installed my car pc but before I go any further and mount my PC in the trunk for a more professional look I would like to know if there are any cases out there that can hold a 2.5 HDD, MOBO (of course) and the Opus 120 PS?

Opus makes cases for miniITX-based systems.

Have you looked in the FAQ yet?

I'm pretty certain you can purchase the cases without the PSU.
    Call or email them.

The guys at Opus are really good to work with, give them a call they should be able to sell you just the case. I have ITX 70 and it is a great case. One nice feature is the HDD/USB daughter board that it included. The USB is attached via a motherboard header but is powered by the PS 5v not the motherboard so its good to run a usb hub or external hdd from.
I was in the same place your at (had the PS needed a case) I couldn't find any other compatible case for the 120.

As far as I know, there are no cases other than the ones made by Opus that are made specifically to accomodate an ATX-compatible DC-DC PSU.
