DSATX (220w)not powering PC

I finally got my car back from the shop, drop in my PC and when connected to power, it turns on for maybe a second and then shuts off. No POST, no spinning fans, nothing. It's like the power was disconnected.
Any ideas?
PC:
AMD athlon64 x2 3600 (65w)
160GB HD (2.5" SATA)
PCI wireless card
USB hub (sep. power)
USB cable for future use
MP3store XM (not connected to power yet, only USB cable connected)
GPS antenna

1 - When you say "it" turns on for a second, are you talking about the PC or the DSATX?

2 - How it it wired? Including wire gages and what sources you tap into.

3 - Did it work before your car went into the shop?

4 - Does the PC work with a regular ATX power supply in the house?

Simply posting "I put it in and it don't work" provides absolutely no information with which to troubleshoot.

Sorry, it was late when I posted that.
It that I referred to is the PC, the fans turn on for a second and then shut off, it doesnt start POST either.
It is power from a distribution block. 0 gauge from battery to block, 10 gauge from block to DSATX, no more than 2 feet from distribution block
This is the first time in the car, I had to take it in the weekend I was going to install it in the car. The PC did not go with the car to the shop.
Yes, the PC works fine in the house with a regular power supply.
I also disconnected everything from the PC (USB, monitor, etc.) with the same result.
