Did my power supply go bad?

welli went to turn on my unfinished carputer tonight and it decides it doesn't want to turn on. I noticed that when i turned it on the green light would blink very lightly and fast only one time. Did my power supply take a crap? There is power going to it but no power going through the ATX cables. Any help would be helpful, thanks guys

Try disconnecting all power from the psu and all cables from the mobo(if possible). My opus did this once and I just had to disconnect everything then reconnect and it fired right up. GL!

did this but still it does not work
