When I cycle my ignition (from on to off and then on again)and my power supply begins the shut down process and then cancels, I get an error that says “an error has occurred in your program. To keep working any way, click ignore and save your work in a new file. To quit this program, click close. You will lose information you entered since your last save.”

This is a problem for me because I run win amp and control it from a 5 button key pad. I have no way of choosing close or ignore.

How do I keep from getting this message?
