Speakers Pop when computer shuts down

I am getting this popping sound from speakers when I shut down the computer in my truck. I am using the rem wire on my M2-ATX to power my amps on.

I'd power your amp turn on lead with something other than your opus, something that turns on with the accessory position on your ignition. When you turn the key off, your amp will turn off instantly, while your mobo will take a few seconds to power down, eliminating your turn off thump.

I thought M2-ATX was suppose to take care of that thump.

Follow this thread. It works flawlessly for me. The M2-ATX never worked right for me.

Okay i guess i am confused on what they actually did, do they still use the m2 to turn on the amps? Or from the computer?

They are using a program in windows to turn the amps on and off by using the serial port. You do not use the m2 at all for amps.
