I have to state that:
The M3ATX has the same problems with Commell mainboards (lv677) as the M2ATX .

just search for "C35"
example:
M2-ATX Problem - Fan runs but does not boot ! RESOLVED !!

It still got worse that mini-box is not giving the patch to me (which condensator with which value this time?), instead they refused to help me and state that the m3atx has no problem.

It still got more worse that the m3atx serial cable is wrong configured and their should not be any communication possible (IMHO I can't test it see above) as the black wire is GND and doesn't not work with its current pin configuration with VIA or Commell's onboard serial port.
