When I had that problem it was because of a bad ground.

It was *A* ground, as in, I measured about 13.5V from + to -. But when any significant amount of current passed through it, the voltage drop increased (V=I*R.. R was high, so any I made V high).

It could be that your connections to ground or power are not ideal. How is your ground wire connected to the chassis? And how is your power wire connected? Crimps? Solder? Also, what gauge wire?

Also, are you testing this with your car running? Your battery is only at 12.6V when the car is running? You may have a bad battery or alternator that's lost 1 out of its 3 coils - and about to fail.. you should typically get about 13.5-13.8V at the battery with the engine running, if your battery and alternator are healthy.

okay, so i retested the wires, and with the car running, i am getting a nice 14.59V..and ill take a picture of my ground. its connected to the chassis via a bolt. my power wires are connected via butt connector crimps using 12 gauge wire.

Can you try unplugging the power wiring harness from your power supply - and then measuring the voltages at all the output holes? As in, verify that each one of the connectors that are supposed to be reading 14V are reading 14V - and that all the ones that are supopsed to be reading ground are indeed ground when compared to the chassis?

okay, i tested those and yes..i was still getting the same reading. i believe the wiring harness is good, since everything measures out correctly.

the monitor get power?measure pc and monitor if get power!
i dont know this pc but what i see on this photo: connect the yellow(ignition) cable to the battery and the red.(for the test, maybe if not present ignition power the pc wont start).
you have a jumpe (jp3) for what is that?read the manual or scan it.
the blue wire dont know what is?pulse start?(for the start button).
have connect right the polarity on battery?

yea..i tried that and i got no power to the monitor as well. so somewhere i think power is disappearing. i tried jumping the ignition wire to the positive, but still got nothing. the jp3 is for the short for starting the comp with the engine start. the blue wire is for the pulse start. and i checked the battery, everything seems to be running smooth.

    Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Please ground it to an unpainted part of the chassis, not a dash support beam.
