The only one I could find is info@carnetix.com on their contact us page. Try that.
Nobody is on the forums anymore for support and there is no email or phone support option. WTF! 135 bucks for a 2140 and now its acting up and no help from any corner.
Carnetix was a really good company a year ago, I don't know what happened, but I certainly wont recommend anyone to buy their crap anymore. No matter how decent a product is, if there is no support, its no good.![]()

Never let the truth get in the way of a good story
Where did you buy it from? Maybe you could try them.

It's worrisome - MikeH hasn't posted on his own support forum at the Carnetix site since last September. Doesn't exactly give me much confidence as a potential buyer...
The response you received was from me, Goce. I've been responsible for Carnetix support recently and I apologize for the slow responses. Please use the regular Carnetix tech support channels (email: info@carnetix.com, or Carnetix forums) and I'll do my best to give you a timely response.
Hoping to get some help - here's an e-mail I just sent this past weekend and this morning to both info AND mikeH @ carnetix.com
Hello,
I've been the happy owner of a Carnetix 1260 for 2 years - until today.
I've been migrating a setup from my Explorer to my new Cadillac SRX -
same carputer system.
Everything was working great initially with the transfer - i had my
xenarc and my accessory being powered while I waited to run the wiring
to my computer along with the ACPI wire.
Once I checked and double checked that I had everything wired properly
back to the computer, I hooked up the ACPI and the 12V cable to the
carputer and crossed my fingers before firing on the ignition.
It didn't work....and it is still not working.
I've followed all the rules - same as last time - 10A fuse on 12+ line
direct from battery, ground on the chasis with a good connection.
I noticed that now the 1260 produces a voltage of something odd like
+.10 - +.12 this is true only for the main 12+ , the delay on (blue
wire) seems to be passing through 12+.
The fan is not moving at all - and testing the connections on the fan I
am seeing the same +.10 - +.12.
Did I somehow fry the unit?
Is there anyway to reset the unit?
I tried looking at the diagnostic LED flashes but I cant really figure
out the 10% vs 50% vs 90%, etc.
I could take a video and send that if it would help.
Thanks,
Sean
Now - I would gladly take this opportunity to say farewell to my p1260 and get a p1290 but I cant find them for sale anywhere in the US.
There was a used one in the classifieds but I'm not getting a response.
So frustrating - everything is ready to go on my new install minus the most important - absolutely crucial piece which I can't just go to a local store to pick up
honestly i wouldnt buy any more carnetix products until they get their support department back in order. I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for a resolution to my problem with my 2140. Seems as though they only have one person providing support to a whole LOT of customers. 99% of the posts on the support forums go unanswered (go have a look). Look into other options - that's my suggestion.
Mike is gone folks, so don't bother emailing him. He sold the company in late 2007.
