Usdc Issue

hi everybody, I recently just bought a usdc controller for my laptop setup and has been working beautifully. Just the other day, it stopped. I notice the fuse was blown and the light stopped blinking even after I replaced the fuse. I'm thinking it might be the relay. Just incase your guys are wondering I check all my wires and fuses and all seems well and works well when I bypass the usdc controller. What can possibly be the issue and does anyone know what model the relay is? I would like to replace it and not have to buy another one. thanks in advance....

darnit... who makes these controller....? I guess he's my only option left.
