wait, I was adjusting for high altitude, I live in colorado, add another 30 seconds for the higher pressure for where you live.

do you have a video camera? it would be good to post a video of how to do it so future people can follow the same methods.

So just to make sure we have everything, you need to ask your folks for:

1. Astroglide
2. Bananas
3. Rubber gloves

and now add to that list,
4. Video Camera

I still think it is the perfect opportunity to ask for a puppy too!

To test, you can go to his myspace and request to be his friend (he's too popular to let everyone see his profile) and check it out there.

I think a video of your process would be the best way to show someone else how to do it. The nobel committee will want proof of the experiment too, so it's something you should definitely get.
