    make sure they are ripe bananas too, you can tell when they are nice and ripe by how stiff they are. So make sure you get stiff bananas.

    ok i talked to my uncle and he thinks the idea of the whole roof as a solar panel will work.

    but what if the plastic melts because the heat is so much?

    that's what the tin foil is for, and you watching the project to make sure it doesn't melt.

    but wouldnt the tin foil only ressist some of the heat and some time heat up then and melt it.
    Maybe before the solar cells mixture melts and fogs over a little?
