Our of thoughs 4 which one do you think would be the best?
and i mean this really. And how fast do you think i would go(with all of them)(1...2...3..4..)
The clue is in the power:

    1 : 350w, fastest
    2 : 135w, slowest
    3 & 4 : Same product, 200w, middle speed.

Assuming you have the juice to feed them.

New system at design/prototype stage on BeagleBoard.

Scooter motors are not going to work on a 4 wheel solid axle cart, unless you use 4 of them (one on each wheel, like the lunar rover ) Cycles are much, much lighter and have less rolling and wind resistance.

Like I said before, I don't want to rain on your parade but nothing in life is free, I would love to see this constructed so start saving!!

Nicads...! You're gonna power this with nicads? I think you'll be better with a big sealed lead acid (SLA) battery. Nicads won't be able to source the kind of juice you need (over 10A) for a 300w motor, and even if they did, you'll be looking at seconds, perhaps minutes before they're flat.

Just got pricing from that robot motors company, about $330 shipped for the S28-150 Motor.

    3hp and 6000 rpm.

Couple that with a CVT and you'd have a cart that will pull wheelies and top out at about 50mph

OR: buy an old fisher price "power-wheels" on craig's list and gut it for the batteries and motor ???
