    Carnetix P1900 DOA ?

Just took delivery of a new Carnetix P1900 V2.2

Applying 13.2 volts (from a samlex SPS-1206 DC transformer) to battery side, but am getting no primary output on regulated side.

What I am I doing wrong or is this device DOA ?

    Thanks

Check your jumpers settings, also check the fuse inside.

Did you connect your ground (black) to negative and your ign (yellow) wire to switched +12V? Or while the ground and battery is connect, you could pulse the blue pulse wire to ground.
