    DIY 4pin ATX cable, how

Hi, i have just bought a M2-ATX, which didnt came with a 4pin atx cable.
So is it possible to make a cable my self?
I have 2 4pin connectors, but how should i wire them?
If i look in to the connectors, should they just have the wires the same, like this?
The lock mechanism in on top.

    [Y][Y] [Y][Y]
    [B][B] [B][B]

Or can i just use a molex to 4pin atx adaptor?
    Which would be best?

    Best Regards
    Morten, from Denmark

    they sell them here.

your diagram is correct for the wiring on the motherboard connector. I would imagine the same pins are used on PSU connector but you should test the output with a multimeter before plugging anything in.

    good luck

    Thank you FusionFanatic.
The reason why i dont buy one, is that i need to test my M2-ATX power supply in this weekend.
Does the M2-ATX share the same 12v rail on the 4pin atx cable and on the other cables, or does it have its own rail?

Can the M2 Atx power this:
Asrock 2Core1066-2.13G, underclocket to about 1,6 Ghz
    1Gb DDR2 Ram 667mhz
    20Gb 2,5inch SATA disk
    Globalsat Bu-353 USB GPS Receiver
One or two Papst 120mm fans, to keep things cool and quiet

Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

Can anybody confirm the wiring on this???

Just got an Atom 330 mobo + proc combo, and it requires the P4 power (or so I am assuming) to power up. Have tried the method in the first post (top 2 12v, bottom 2 ground) to no avail.

Please help?! Carpc sound card popped taking the mobo with it lol!
