If it helps, I'm running an Intel D201GLY2A Little Valley (fan cooled) motherboard with 1 gb of ram and a 3.5" hard drive.

And what is that reading with the ignition on?
And how about when the ignition is off?

And do you have the 2-wire lead from the M2ATX to the power switch headers on your motherboard?

I don't remember the reading when it was on, but there was power. When the ignition is off there's no power.

Are you talking about the wire from J8 to the power switch on the motherboard? If that's what you're talking about, yes I had that hooked up and tried reversing it to be sure that wasn't the problem.
