M2-ATX won't turn on with ignition wire

I'm currently in school, 3 1/2 hours away from home, so I can't take pictures. The jumper is set to A, I have constant power hooked up to J1, power only when the car is on hooked up to J3, and a wire hooked up to my chassis for J4.

When I have no jumper and turn the computer on with a switch it works. I tested the ignition wire with a volt meter and I get a reading when I turn my car on.

According to page 2 of the install guide, What is your J10 configuration (ABCD) status.

My J10 configuration, A is on or P1

If it helps, I'm running an Intel D201GLY2A Little Valley (fan cooled) motherboard with 1 gb of ram and a 3.5" hard drive.

And what is that reading with the ignition on?
And how about when the ignition is off?

And do you have the 2-wire lead from the M2ATX to the power switch headers on your motherboard?
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

Under normal circumstances, a signature would go here.

I don't remember the reading when it was on, but there was power. When the ignition is off there's no power.

Are you talking about the wire from J8 to the power switch on the motherboard? If that's what you're talking about, yes I had that hooked up and tried reversing it to be sure that wasn't the problem.
