please some help on finished sproggy

hi,
today after getting a fine heatsink - my sproggy 2.8+ is now 100% finished but not working

all output voltages except 5VStb ( purple wire ) are 0V

All is connected after the shematic i got from maestro
I think its coming from the relais :
the relais is not clicking , and I have no ground on on of the pins so that might be the problem -

here are some pics of mine perhaps you find a mistake

BTW : what voltage do i put on remote line ??

so here another pic wth explanations on it - so there must be somethiong wrong with relais layout ?? please look at the last link on my previous post to see if i did something wrong

OK i got it with the relais (stupid me ) but my mainboard doesnt wanna boot

will see tomorrow,all voltages are ok

but ...... mainbord refuses booting

i folowed a trick to put a big C between 5V and GND but still mobo refuses booting.
I tested 3 Mobo's but no success -

please anyone with an idea ????!!!!!

ok buddy let me see .. do these check before i answer you ques..

a) connect both main and remote to positive and ground to ground

b) check if your getting the 5vstby from the 78L05

c) connect ground to pin 14 and see if the relay click (if it does then check the volts on the PSu ..

hi maestro

a) done
b) done I got 4.5V ,
when PSU is on I get
12V is 12,22V
3.3V is 3.3V
5V is 5.05V
and 5V on grey wire
all neg Voltages are also correct

some one on Divx-car told me to try the following
put a big C ~1000uF between GND and 5V .
( i made a picture to show better)

c) works relais clicks and psu is on

when PSU is off ( relais not clicked) i get 4.42V between green wire and GND. 4.63 V between purple and GND.

could this low "5V" from the 78l05 be the cause ?

ok till now everything is fine ....

Your sproggy is working perfectly fine... dont put the big caps... !

now check the following...

a) The pins on the ATX power connector is wired correctly... double check it ....

b) Check the power good delay .... if its giving proper dealy use a multi meter....

- the guy told me that on his sproggy that worked so i tried

I toked a ATX connector from a broken PSU of a friend of mine - not the cables /connectors which where in your semi kit i bought.
so i think all is correct.

for the delay what should it be ? how to measure it ?
