I bought a uSDC20D startup/shutdown controller from the mp3car store and went to install it today. I set it up to test it first - I hooked the ground right to the battery, and the VIN right to the battery. As soon as i did that the LED started to blink 4 times. When i contacted the ACC line to the battery the uSDC20D made no change, no relay click, no power from VOUT. There are no jumpers installed, set the low voltage threshold to the minimum and the battery has 12.4 volts.
I've searched around and nothing I came across had any flash codes over 3 flashes. If anyone knows what 4 flashes mean or where to find a list of the flash codes that would be a big help to me. Thanks.
Well i couldnt figure out why it was flashing 4 times, but i figured id go ahead and finish fabricating and wiring the installation and then finish diagnosing the problem after I figured out what 4 flashes meant, but once it was all installed I tried it one more time and it worked fine. So I just hope it doesn't crap out all of a sudden.
