Like i have much trouble getting my Sproggy working


my voltages are the following - could someone please compare and post his ones .

A=4.3V
B=PSU ON 3.7V ;PSU OFF 4.48 V
C=PSU ON 10.54V PSU OFF 13,28 V
D=4.95V
