    Also, aren't the mainboard switch pins polarized? I think the M4 is sensative to this...

    i tried to connect it in both of the directions, same results

    I looked again, but didn't see it, what motherboard are you using now with your M4? It should have a manual that clearly shows which pin is -/+, else sometimes it is printed in small font on the board near that pin.

    If it's this identical one from Newegg. According to the manual you can see the + and - parts of the power connection.



    After you're sure the power lead is on proper, I'd reset the BIOS and the M4 fuse.

    And you're sure all your connections from and including the car battery to the M4 have enough juice to meet the requirements?

    Your car battery/wiring is all beefy enough to handle the equipment you're trying to power?

    yes my battery is new (58amp)
    and the wiring is good and pass directly from the battery to the power supply im not sharing it with the amplifier or something
    so its not the problem

    What about the wiring and fuse on the line? What gauge and what size of fuse?

    hi,
    its the original fuse i think its 20amp
    the wiring is very good
    but i cant find the reason for this delay
