    Bench Testing Power Supply

    I'm thinking about getting a power supply to test my carputer in the home. I know some people use AC-DC bricks, but the largest one I've seen puts out about 10A. I'm thinking of picking up the following:

    It looks like it's been modded to simply turn on when plugged in and puts out a fair amount of current. Any reason I shouldn't pull the trigger on this?

    you could really modify any computer power supply to do this, and save yourself a couple of bucks.
