personal preferance... the m4 has a smaller form factor, and has usb connectivity, the opus brand has better reliability.

I havent hooked up my opus 360 (I know LCat says 320 but I couldn't find one new) yet been busy with work and honey-do list, but soundman is right the m4 is a lot smaller therefore easier to install. The main reason why I went with the 360 is b/c of the extra power. My setup now could run off a smaller PSU but I'm always adding crap to my set up. (I think its starting to be a ****ing contest with HiJack and me even though he is ahead of me as of now) I would say it depends on what you have planned. If your willing to spend the cash and feel the need for more power then go for the opus, if this is your first build and just want to get a feel for everything (Carpc in general) then the M4 is the way to go.
