I have a pretty low power system, intel atom board, lilli 7inch screen, and a couple of USB devices, with an SSD hard drive.

All of this is run off an Opus 120W, and that seems to be fine.

The problem I have, is that if I stop somewhere, and the computer is off for less than about 20 mins, when I start the car again, the power comes up for about 3 seconds, then the power supply cuts out, and gives the 3 light flashing code.

If I cut the ignition lead for about 10 mins, then I can start the carputer again, and it seems to work fine.

Does anyone know where I should be looking first? Has anyone seen this before?
