Thread: M3-ATX or M4-ATX ?

i am trying to build a car pc, with:

Intel DG45FC Mini-ITX Motherboard,
e6400 intel chip,
Xenarc 700TV 7" monitor,
gps,
usb bluetooth dongle,
dvd rom, usb wifi card
and maybe tv tuner down the rd

. my question is do you think the M3-ATX is going to be big enough (watts) to handle the load?
