I'm also checking with Min-Box on this. Hopefully I'll have better results with a response. I'll let you know what I find out.
Looks like a typical 2mm JST connector.

Have a product you would like to sell on the mp3Car Store? PM me for more information.
Have a car computer question? Ask me by emailing the store.
Awesome! Thanks for your help everyone - it does look like it's a JST connector. I'll go order some and report back when I get them.
I think DCDC-USB should ship with this connector since it's not a standard 2 pin polarized header connector. One can hope, right?![]()
if you grab hold of the white surround with a pair of small pliers it will slide upwards on the pins. you can pull it right off this way. no need to break it off. you can then use a standard 2.54mm pitch 1x2 header connector. glue it down with hotmelt (hot glue gun) if you're worried about rigidity
nivanov did the connector fit?
Nope, at least not the one I ordered. I had header connectors (metal things without the plastic around them) - I crimped some wires onto them, and wrapped the metal outisde with electrical tape. They sit on the contacts pretty tight and the way my power supply is facing (upwards), there's no stress for them to unplug so I left it at that. If you decide to put your power supply on the side, I suggest you take some putty and put it around the connectors to prevent them from falling out, if you don't find a proper JST connector.
Did anyone find the name for this? What's the min guage wire should I use for this? Right now I'm looking at using a 26 guage to power the lilliput 669. Is that good enough?
how far are you running the wire? i would feel better about running 18, or 16ga wire..

Less than 1 ft then it will splice into the lilliput cig adapter which I believe is 5ft. I just decided to look at the adapter and it is 22ga. I just wish I could find this adapter so I could make a proper connection sinse the 26ga wire and header connection I have is now out of the question.
normally 2 conductor wire like that is just called 'zipcord', or 'speaker wire'. usually hardware stores carry something in a similar gauge.
