Well i have my laptop charging from a DC charger, when its plugged into the charger the screen LCD from DigitallWW i get interference lines, very faint but noticeable. When i let the laptop run of its battery no problem what so ever.

I am assuming its a ground loop problem with the power source, how can i fix it?
I have done a search but nothing came back?
