    Ok, wat is the simplest cheapest way to power my pc from my car and using what wires?

    i cant find 'the simplest' becuz i c stuff like www.dc2dc.com but am not sure how u connect it from ur car battery and if it well work just with that or if u need sumthing else.

    presumably running the red wire to my motherboard will not work because i have never read about that b4.

    Lots of ways.

    This is my first carputer.. and I've decided to go for a 150W Opus DC-DC Supply.. it does exactly what I need in the car - It costs a bit, but it's worth it I think.

    how do you actually connect anything to the battery though?


    Also where is the cheapest dc 2dc converter in england (that will do the job)
