Thread: 12v Regulated at 3A

i'm running a 15" samsung screen with a modified sproggy supply, using just the 5v and 12v sections... i was little ´worried about the 12v part cause i guess spoggy can only supply 1,2A on the 12v line and the original supply forthe lcd says 5V 2a and 12V 2A but it works great !

1. Just leave it and hope it can hack it at 13.8v (obviously not really an option)
2. Power it of an inverter (too expensive really for what i'm after)
3. Modify a sproggy (one of the newer ones, not going to get a T6 just for this) to only give off 12V
4. Something else...

any ideas/comments/suggestions?
