Can a "remote" cable of tuner start an Opus PSU?

I ve got a tuner with an active subwoofer/amp remote connector. this starts the amp, when the Tuner is turnd on. Can I use this lead to also trigger an PSU, LIKE Opus. I want to know this because the remote cable is allready in the back, with the amp. So I don't need to place a new Ignition cabel.

find out how much the remote wire puts out (test it or find the specs), and find out how much the opus requires to be switched (maybe in the specs?).

I tested it and it gives 12 volt, which should do the job. This means my carputer will start not directly when I turn the ignition key but when I turn on the radio, this is an easy way to control. And the Cable is allready in the back becasue of the AMP.

simple answer yes. You might need to put a relay in if the the voltage out is not suitable for your power supply
