Thread: Overvoltage Protection

From looking at this page: http://www.maxim-ic.com/appnotes.cfm...mber/760/ln/en I found this diagram for a overvoltage protection circuit. The transistors appear to be rated at 1.5A. I was wondering what other transistors I could use to get more current (5A). Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also, is there anywhere to buy something like this pre built?
