    PW-70A won't power up

    I tried shorting pins 13 and 14 (black and green) but the fan that's connected via the molex won't spin up. Is there anything else I can check on the power board before I claim it as fried? Does VIA take these things back on warantee?

    check your retailers rma policy. Ive fried various cpus before, but since it was within a couple days within recieving it, i just said it was Dead On Arival (DOA) =P got new cpus within a week.

    I'm a little confused, you talking about the PW-70 power supply or the Epia motherboard? Because Via doesn't make the PW-70, it's mini-box.com. Which one you talking about?
