    why don't you look at a proper dc-dc supply. I have a link somewhere for one that is 250W ATX for AU$230 ex GST. let me know if you are interested and I can send you the link. Can't seem to find it at the moment.

    Thing about dcdc is that while they take care of the computer fine, some people need the power point in the car

    there was a post elsewhere on the forum and someone said if you pick one up they will sell them for 200 including gst but dont quote me on that im gonnba pick one up in a few weeks am currently running a 150w dse inverter and with my new pc (duron 900) its going into overload when the car idles

    owell dc-dc is the way to go
