Not a chance imho. The 5v doesn't have nearly enough amps (even assuming you can get away without 3.3v and the negative lines - board dependant).

I can get my hands on a custom made power supply, but I don't know if it will be ok to power my Cel 433.
They were manufactured to power smartcard ticketing machines which contained microprocessor boards and were used in buses.

12V @ 2A
24V @ 3A Surge
The 24V supply was used to power a thermal printer.
