    Will this power a computer?

I can get my hands on a custom made power supply, but I don't know if it will be ok to power my Cel 433.

They were manufactured to power smartcard ticketing machines which contained microprocessor boards and were used in buses.

    Input voltage
    10 - 32 V
    Regulated Output Voltage
    5V @ 2A
    12V @ 2A
    24V @ 3A Surge

The 24V supply was used to power a thermal printer.

Not a chance imho. The 5v doesn't have nearly enough amps (even assuming you can get away without 3.3v and the negative lines - board dependant).

There is a thread about how much power it takes to power a computer...go take a look at that.
