Targus 120w car adapter

not worth the money. Laptop specific power supplies will always be better, and atleast compared to that, cheaper. checkout froogle and ebay

Well, I found it for $85 dollars and for 120 watts of power... the others sell for $50 - $60 for a max of 60 - 70 watts of power... I would think it's comparable, no? Anyone else have any thoughts?

That is cheap for 80USD...last time I paid about 140USD for the older verions of targus adaptor

Its only 60-70W as far as I can remember.

I you download their spec sheet you will see that the unit is rated for 6Amps max. At 12V this works out to 72Watts. Theh 120W claim is probably at 20V output. However, depending on your system configuration, this (6A) may be enough. I use the Radio Shack version of this same type of supply ($60).

Can someone tell me what tip number t use for c134 ie 12 volts

Does tip have anything to do with voltage? I'm not positive, but i'v got one laying around, it's my dads. I know the pw70a takes a 3p, but i didn't think it had anything to do with voltage. to someone who knows, i probably sound really dumb, but that's what the pw70a takes according to logicsupply, they sell the brick.

Targus supplys are configurable from 3 volts to 24 volts, configured by the pins they use..... each pin has a number associated to it

Where did you find the spec sheet ...... I am looking for it as well as a tip number for the casetronic c134

Also How long have you used the Radio shack PS and have you had any issues ie heating up and or low voltage during boot up?
