Odds are your PSU will use some sort of flyback, and to change the input voltage you'll probably need to rewind the transformer along with changing parts on the input side.. not easy..
Would it be possible to change the input voltage of a power supply?
Say from –48 to 12v or is the whole design based on the input.
The model PSU I have is a BPS-250DS 1U 250watt.
Just wondering if one could replace certain parts to achieve this?
Thanks
