    Running a Dell Laptop

I have a Dell latitude laptop with a busted screen that I am planning to install in my car with a Liliput touch screen.

Is it better to get a 300W inverters 12V input and use my present power adaptor.

a Car charger cord that fits my Dell Laptop.

if all else is equal, the car adapter for the laptop. Less space and more efficient than an inverter.

You could find one for half that on ebay, qute likely.
car computer rev 5: 8" lilliput and usual suspects
