Ok people! I'm writing from Newfoundland (East coast of Canada). I got my screen all done, moulded in my dash, ready to go.
In the process of moulding my PC in my glove box. I got the back of the case and when you drop the glove box down, you will see the back of a computer, all built in and moulded.
My question is, how do you all go about powering up and down the computer. Like if I had to make a quick jaunt to the grocery store, will I Have to wait for the computer to boot up every time I get in and out? Start/Shut down..?
Any help would be APPRECIATED!!!

I use an OPUS that normally turns the computer on and off with ACC, however, my carputer interface also has a shutdown option that gets triggered whenever a logoff event is recieved, such as the powerdown event from the opus, it will show a list of shutdown options such as power off, standby, hibernate, etc. by default it will shutdown in 5 seconds if no other option is selected, but if another one is selected, it will do that.
