We do repair our products, with warranty or without.
What seems to be the problem?
If you preffer you can try sending your questions to: oinfo@opussolutions.com
I'm not sure why you didnt get an answer fro the other adress.
ok, my battery in the car went flat with the pc runing, and it kept rebooting. i disconnected the opus from the battery, bump started the car, and re attached the opus, and it fired up fine, just got to bios and the hdd was dead. so i checked the hdd over, and ended up replacing it. but then the opus wouldnt boot at all, and since then, sometimes it boots, somtimes it dosent, its wierd.
do you have any repair workers in the uk? i noticed linitx.com sell your supplys.
ill try that email too.
i guessed you have good customer relations since noone else seems to have commented on it, mabe an issue with that email address?
anyways, thanks a lot.
tom.
Unfortunetelly we only repair here in the US. But if Iwere you I'd check the connectors, if the pins inside didnt go loose... sometimes if the connection is there but isnt stable it can give some trouble...
ok, ill take a look soon, but if not id be happy to ship it over to u guys and cover wahtever costs.
But check it good so that you dont ship it and it comes out its working fine... Waste of money and time...
haha your on the ball with replys today.
ok, anything in particular i should check? or just the connections and anything obvious?
like i said... the connectors... i believe you have the 150W? Sometimes we get them sent in for repair when theres only a pin loose in the power connector thats mounted on the PSU case. take a look at the pins if one is'nt pushed a bit inside...
My 150W had the yellow connector inside the casing come loose slightly. Had to open it up and make sure that was OK. All working fine after that
