    Voltage issues with ITPS?

I tested my itps setup today becuase i get random reboots at varying intervals.
My setup is :- 12v from car battery to 3 3a diodes in parallel, then to a 1.2ah sealed battery, then to input of ITPS, output to epia M10k in Travela C134 case with original psu.

    Ignition off = 12.04v
    Ignition On = 14.19v
    Voltage after diodes = 13.25v
    Voltage in ITPS = 13.25v
    Voltage out of ITPS = 11.2 - 11.8v varies

I noticed that every now & then the O/P voltage of the ITPS drops to 10.2v for a second,
    Could my ITPS be Faulty?
Would it be damaging to the psu to bridge the voltage regulation on the ITPS?

    Any help would be appreciated

    Jase

Take something out of the equation...

Try pulling the diods and the 1.2aH battery out and see if it makes a difference.

    Mine works just dandy.
