    Power consumption

Just wondering, would it be too much to run the DC-DC laptop adapter and the Lilliput Touch screen off the same cigarette lighter output? The adapter's output draws 4.5A, I'm not sure about the TS. I'm thinking of splicing into the cig lighter circuit, but leaving it intact, in case I want to run my phone charger off it as well. I just don't want to fry the circuits in my new car Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    i think that the lilly draws like 1.3A max (9w - 12V).

Great, it should be fine then, since the fuse is around 15 A. Thanks for the reply!
