that looks to be the same ITPS that is for sale on this site, there is also the PW-70a which i guess would be somewhat similar to the PW200M advertised on the site, except the PW-70a is 100w while the PW200M claims 200w. Mayb someone is ripping off ideas??

Without looking I'm assuming it's audioforge. Search for them on this site.
Doesn't matter if it's 200watts either, the ITPS has like a 6-8 amp fuse which is 72 watts (6 amp) or 96 watts (8 amp fuse). They're not ripping ideas. If I remember it's the same as mini-box's stuff with a different regulator they solder on.
