I was just wondering, is there a reason that the parts list and component layout links from the DIY page are dead links? Just the under construction faults, or have they failed after being in operation?

Thanks, and keep up the interesting project.. I'm definitly interested, considering building one myself.

Will the 4.5 work with EPIA, or should I stick with just building the 4.1??

sorry for dragging this thread up... but it deserves it

i've been buying the components and i have a few q'ns
    1. do 12v 20a relays of the type needed actually exist?
    all i can find is a 16a
    http://www.mouser.com/index.cfm?hand...oductid=241009
(i checked out the one mastero uses, and it also seems to be a <20amper)

    2. i've been using mouser, and cannot find the 10uh 5a inductor, all i can find is a 3.45a

    3. how "massive" do the heatsinks need to be? could i use this (natural convection: 40C@2W, forced: 6.8C/W@400LFM) ?
    http://www.mouser.com/index.cfm?hand...oductid=569117

    thanks

    1) I also use the 16A relay. I know it is at its limit but it works.
    2) Did you check CoilCraft and/or Wilco?
    3) I use the P3 slot 1 heatsink. But the best HS I found so far is on the car Radio. On the back of most Radio have a big HS and is perfect length for the PSU. Go to some stereo shop and ask for the "broken" HU and yank the HS out.
