should I ground the system 0V line

Should I tie the system ground and my hard drive to the vehicle ground? The hard drive is mounted on rubber bushings so the frame isn't grounded like it would be in a normal computer. The system will probably end up grounded from the shield for the antenna connection or maybe the cable going from the sound card to the amp. Should I just put some dedicated grounds in place?

grounding is always a good idea, i grounded my mobo as it is mounted to mdf. But im pretty sure if it was vital yr HD will ground itself to the -ve line of the ATX power.
