Just a quick question. I can't seem to find any 12 gauge wire for my OPUS 90W PSU. Is 10 Gauge wire ok? i know going to smaller wire would cause a prob but would bigger wire be a prob too?

No, it wouldn't.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with using lower guage (thicker) cable, you'll only get problems using thinner (higher guage) cable.
