...and I thought it was a good deal when I bought one from Amazon.com for $29.99
I've been using this inverter for about a month now and it's performed quite well. It even survives crank in my A4.
Title says it all. Price was from Las Vegas Fry's, which usually shares deals with the SoCal stores.

In the beginning phases of planning my carputer, the first part of which involves checking my car's audio wiring. I currently have a Kenwood HU attached to a Sirius Satellite Tuner, and an Auxiliary module (made by Kenwood). I bought this to replace a Wagan 150W Inverter to see if I could diagnose some noise (ground loop, probably). I think my problem is in my cigarette adapter. I think there's a bad ground somewhere. However, this inverter works better than my old Wagan and it survives a crank. May be able to put off buying an Opus or a Carnetrx if this inverter works out (once I troubleshoot the damned buzz noise).
