Keypower supply regulated?

Hey guys...Im having noise problems with my lilliput by powering it with the egg spliced into the cig lighter. Im planning on switching it to be powered directly by my keypopwer 250W psu but I would like to know if its regulated on the 12V rail first just to be safe.

So can i just hook up the lcd directly to the 12V?

I'm assuming you have the same model I do, if so, it is regulated (I can't see how any of them wouldn't be...) I run 3 displays off of the 12v rail, with no problems. This is actually a good way to power your screen up, you won't have any nasty ground-loop problems as many people do when powering their screens from other sources. Good luck!
