no.. the inspiron is only rated at 90 watts, but its a laptop and would require a laptop psu.. 20v I think they are.. have a look for a incar charge for the laptop, should be about £60.. I know www.battery.co.uk will do em..
Will an Opus 150w be able to support:
Dell Inspiron with 2.8ghz, 512mb, 40gb
Lilliput 7"
Slim DVD burner (in dash)
USB HDD (160gb 5400rpm)
Audigy2 NX
USB Hub?

So more like a in-car charger and maybe a 90w Opus for everything else?
You wouldn't need an Opus as everything else should take its power from the laptop. However maybe for that hub you should get an externally powered one to avoid power issues.

Forgot about the lilliput: That can just plug straight into the cig socket
Does the Audigy need an external power source?

if your not going to far with the usb cables, you will prob find it to be ok, the only thing that you will need external power for would be the tft and the usb soundcard.. the tft you would just use the egg supplied.. and depending what voltage the usb soundcard used, you might also be able to tap off the same egg. I would run a seperate usb line to the touchscreen, and use the other usb port to goto a self powered usb, which inturn goes to the soundcard and any input devices ie.. keyboard / mouse your using.
